  1. Hopefully he does well enough to stay on the coaching staff, and TP too
  2. Like all the teams Shrewsbury have played are below them?
  3. Does that mean the loss before the asset write down was .32m and the north stand's value was written down by £4.28m,
  4. Bryan at left back did well, and allowed Nepo to push forward more and not have to defend, which is not his strength there seemed to be more togetherness and desire to win too placide is certainly a character, some good punch out saves, and thought his Cruyff turns in the box were a bit risky, but entertaining and showed character Doyle will score 20 if we can keep him all season Also think that TP being there at pitch level was a good move in the end it was very close but a very well deserved and entertaining victory where did the ref get 8 minutes added time from in the second half?
  5. Liz Dawn , Vera Duckworth and Tony Booth, 'scouse git' from till death us do part have both departed
  6. Interesting post match quote from Shez from Matt chambers' report: “All over the pitch, we were second to the ball,” Sheridan said. “I am not going to blame the players. READ “I will take it on the chin. I pick the team and I have just been too loyal to them. At the moment they are not giving me anything back. “I am the manager and I have to take it. Luckily we have got a game on Tuesday (against Peterborough) and if I am here, I will pick a team that will hopefully go and try to win the game. That is all I can do. We need to start winning, no matter what. (Image: Alan Howarth) “I am absolutely gutted for the supporters. Gutted, I am. “They give me great support and I know they are right behind me. But they just can’t keep supporting me when we are giving them what we are giving them at the moment. “I don’t want it to end up like that after what has happened. They respect me for who I am and as a player when I played for the club. They know my heart is there and I want to do really well for them. But I am just letting them down at the moment.” Asked whether he was minded to carry on to turn fortunes around, Sheridan admitted he may well not have the luxury of choice now. “I will think about it, but it may well not be in my hands. I will just see what is going to happen.”
  7. Good point, they may do. Clark is a disaster waiting to happen i'd say he's got a couple of games to turn it around or he'll be out of the door he seems to be playing people out of position and has sidelined 5 or 6 players, and because they didn't go out on loan , he now won't play them vaughan's goals saved them last season and papered over the cracks
  8. We need to play Bury before they give Lee Clark the tin tack, they are bound to improve after he leaves
  9. ? i always thought Warney's commitment to the team on the pitch was 100% was my favourite player when he was here
  10. I'm not a bl***ing thicky, I'm Billericay Dicky ?
  11. Though they are away at Shaw Lane who appear to be a team who are buying their way up the leagues south shields are also on a roll. they have Julio Arca, ex Sunderland as their talisman
  12. Without being too picky, we have 4 points from 24, not 27, still very poor though
  13. Bit of a weird spot. Looking from behind ,Ruddy's right leg from knee downwards seems to angle out to the right? not sure if he's injured or...?
