    Even is corney had a million in his back pocket it's not as simple as spending it. New football rules only allow clubs to only spend 70% (this is a rough figure if anyone knows the exact one add it) of its income. So without increased crowds, increased revenue etc we are stuck. Even with a sugar daddy we wouldn't be able to spend millions! The New stand will bring extra revenue if it's done right so lets see how that effects things long term.

    Oxley kept us in the game last night with 2 great saves. Think I was at 0-0 and the other at 1-0. Had no chance with the goal that game from us giving the ball away in the opponents half.

    I was at the game and as I said above it was a well hit penalty from Rooney and took a strong save. Although it was a nice height for the keeper who guessed the right way. To be fair Rooney didn't skulk off the pitch at the end of the game. He acknowledged all the fans holding his hands up apologiseing whilst pointing to himself admitting he had let us down. He knows he ain't doing the buisness and looked devastated!

    Nope I went and it was to the keepers right he had to dive to make the save. Hard hit penalty but a nice height for a keeper going the right way!

    Don't think we are exactly a step up for him from Coventry. Based on his record this season he must have bigger clubs sniffing around so he's forcing a move as the poster above has said!

    Was the oldham fan an innocent by stander in a random attack? Scary for other fans attending Liverpool matches going forward if that's the case! Or was it as someone said above one of the group looking for a scrap/trouble?

    Doesn't help when you have classy oldham fans sticking white powder up there nose at half time infront of people whilst pretending to have a pee. Disgusting!!!!! Then they get all confident and do stupid stuff!!!

    Yep poor management. Think I saw an interview with him and he said if Dickov was still at the club he would prob have left. Says a lot about Dickovs management with the youngsters. Our other young players suffered under him as well. Well done tarky for stepping up and well done LJ for allowing him to develop with games.

    Near a school called all saints catholic primary. (Took a photo of the sign incase we won and I got a bit giddy, then forgot where I'd parked ha ha). Don't know what the pub was called. Didn't see anything but something had certainly gone on as fellas where running away in different directions.

    Was all kicking off 5mins from ground near a pub at the place I parked. 5 vans full of coppers, 2 dog handlers and the chopper spot light over head.

    Clarke Harris was knackered as was Rooney. The subs and the formation change stepped up our attacking threat. That 15min spell after the changes created more chances than the rest of the game I think they worked although was surprised at the time.

    Agree with all of the above. I don't know lots about fans from other clubs as I have always been latics but some of the garbage and moaning on here is unreal, makes me think there are Some people on here from other clubs stirring it a little but I fear there isn't and some Oldham fans really are such clowns!

    Tarky will defo play it's his trial match to see if he's good enough for that level. If he plays well against Liverpool they may well sign him or someone else may! A nice transfer fee towards a fee signings would be good!

    He was left exposed against 2 attackers for the first goal with little option of what to do. Would like to see it again but at the time I thought the keeper could have come and punched while taking out a few players just as there keeper did in the 2nd half and left Kusunga injured. The ball seemed to be in the air for an eternity! As I say would like to see it again!
