Educated post to a question!

So just a thought... Corney and the boys before him have put in a massive amount of finance over the years to keep our club afloat. (Think he said he have broke even twice in 10 years) With this seasons additional income why is it a problem that they take a chunk of that finance to stick back into there bank accounts? Why should they pour yet more into the club. I'm sure Corney will see us break even with the funds but why not take the additional once bills paid himself? Just a thought as I know that when people invest into businesses the plan isn't to constantly loose money and plough more in from my experience!

Doesn't mutual consent mean he was willing to leave rather than pushed? maybe there are personal reason behind it? Maybe he approached the club to leave? Quick to jump to conclusions sometimes when we don't know the truth...

Any fee is a good fee he'd have walked away in the summer and he's off the wage bill from now!

See latics site and Corney has said why he's gone....all makes sense to me and good business. We wanted the move....

The Blackburn owners haven't got a clue...my mate is a Blackburn fan and I was going to go with him but tickets where still priced at £18. I didn't want to go that much. if they had reduced the price to £10 then they would have had a much bigger gate. The business mind of the back room people there is a shambles when it comes to football!

Whats the point waiting when the ref and all involved looking at the forecast know it won't thaw.... Its frozen end of story. At least people having to take half a days holiday to get to the match no longer have to.

How much income are they able to spend to make sure its in order??? Prob more than we get in a season they get in the festival time slot.

Frost covers only provide so much protection.....and undersole eating surly has to be bottom of the list for a club with 3 stands, no manager, only 5 players contracted next season and fighting relegation.

I was in the main stand and a few incidents...a fella and his bird got pulled out and then towards the end to overweight fellas had what you would describe as a sumo wrestle. Over in a flash no police... Disgusted how many Everton fans got in there though...asking for trouble!

I think he is confident in the ability of TP during this time. And as a fan I am happy with him in the hot seat.... No need to rush a decision and end up with another sacking and payout in 12 months when we end up in a similar position. I think he feels this is the biggest decision he's had to make for the future of the club and wants to get it right! I'm sure there its lots of drive behind the scenes but we don't see it.

Not at all, it does 2 things that are helpful... 1. Gives the manager a variety of options in his substitution selection depending how the game goes. 2. Gives young players the opportunity to be involved in match day squads that helps there development and who knows they may get a chance from there.

People don't tend to hassle the players away from home as its the real fans that attend away games in my opinion. Its the pillocks that just go to home games and are stuck in the premier league years that give the players grief week in and week out. That is why we will never have BP as a fortress! There are to many negative idiots that nail the young players who are learning there trade etc at BP and most sit in the main stand!

Players need confidence when they are not playing well......at BP the crowd is often shocking and their reactions are often over the top. I have moved seats and stands to get away from several idiots that are clueless about football and do nothing but abuse players! I go to away games more than home often because I find the die had fans are there and yes have opinions but balance it as well and encourage players. BP is shocking at times and its not surprising the young players play with themselves and make mistakes. Unfortunately its the culture amongst the fans and it won't change and thats sad. Home matches are meant to help players with the majority of fans behind them, that is not true for BP.

Just seen a tweet from him saying he's cutting his holiday short to sort out some business....wonder if we've had an offer we can't refuse to sell him?

Soccer AM hardly has scouts watching it for potential players... Love the garbage chat we get out of season its comedy!
