    The Bristol Rovers game was 1st v 2nd and was on MOTD. Barry Davies was very complimentary.

    Steve Taylor, Lee Richardson and Alan Groves all stand out. Topping the lot though I give you Simon Stainrod, 2 goals on debut at B*****d Rovers, the second being a run from the half way line takes some beating.

    They needed another ball first half cos they couldn't get a kick of the one we were playing with. Bit of pressure second half but we still had the better chances. Proper performance that.

    Interesting one this. First test of the grass roots Lib Dem support. I suspect, but may well be wrong that entering into a coalition with the Tories is tantamount to political suicide nationally but in OE & S I also suspect that many people who have voted LD are closet Tories voting to keep Labour out. On balance though I predict another narrow Lab victory.
