    Got to admit after42years in the Chaddy I hate the RRE with a passion , prefer to be behind the goal so am stucj with it but long to be bacj in N103 even with the pillar .

    Fantastic team great memories of watching sat on the wall behind the goal at the rochdale road end with my dad keeping a watchfull eye on me from a few rows back

    For their achievements both Ashworth and Royle are up top closely followed by Sir Jimmy for me but its fair to say different eras different styles different oppinions . My favorite time watching Latics was under Frizzell as a youngster Groves Stainrod Valentine Wylde Young Wood Whittle still my favourites to ever wear the blue .

    Very sad loss , one of the great characters during my early days as a Latics fan always had time for us kids crowded behind his goal in the Rocky . Experienced hand in helping Chris Ogden and a very young Jonn Platt progress into the first team. Hope his passing is properly marked by the club on Saturday

    Surprised by the relatively small numbers brought by PNE , considering the short distance , only 35 mins away , league position and position in the division ....... poor very poor in my opinion

    Excellent performance , fantastic backs to the wall stuff when we went down to ten men, great goal from Danny Byrnes super game from Coleman and the uncompromising Clark. Blackpools left winger Cameron looked a bit tasty. Congrats to Tony and his team. Good few tics in attendance looking over at the stand we will be occupying next season .
