    Sounds about right mate. Also a woman, who until recently abused everybody on the pitch (usually the referee and “Liner”) but is now pretty quiet after being politely told to shut the f*ck up.

    Don’t know how far down you’re sat, but there’s three “older” people a couple of rows behind me and they’ve been getting on my tits since we moved to the North Stand. Insanely bias and not a clue about football (or the rules for that matter.) Never seem to please them.

    The drum is alright at big games, even when used in moderation to start songs etc. It does get tedious, though, after a while. Last time I was anywhere near it was at Curzon Ashton, don’t think it stopped for the entire game.

    Whilst I don't disagree that without him, we'd have been a lot worse off... He wasn't the sole reason for survival. He went back to Burton mid-way through that relegation scrap.

    I don't wish to engage in the whole-length debate, it's been covered, we were pretty shit, then we signed Doyle, Byrne and Bryan... along with the foreign lads. However, McLaughlin was outstanding the first few games of the season.
