I think we could Hand them another whipping like they got yesterday. They started like a house on fire last year but second half of the season they had relegation form and that seems to of carried over this season. No win in 4 for them so we should be looking to brush them aside. Saying that I they go a goal up ronnie will instruct the team bus to to park in front of the goal and we could be frustrated. Agreedbut for the talent he is and the release clause represents excellent value for money. I don't no the exact amount but from a few people who tend to be in the loop it's not a huge amount. When you look at some I the fees paid recently the lad from Peterborough to place a prime example I think it's fair to say he is worth a hell of a lot more than his release clause. But if he goes we get a fee and he could of left 6-7 months ago for nowt so can't complain just rather he didn't go

It's alot lower than a mill but the twitter page dosnt say they have bid a mill the way I read that it's what he is valued at. It's common knowledge his actual valuation is more than his release clause. Time will tell

I think there is a little over reaction from some, yes we lost but to a championship side who by the sounds of it were very good and very well organised,I wasn't there due to working but from what people I no who went to the game we was unlucky. Lj clearly likes Mellor at cb and if people don't like it lump it, as above we went out to a team in the league above by one goal we didn't do a wolves and go out at morcambe. It will be fairer to judge this cb situation after 12-15 games if we are sitting pretty in the top 7-8 with plenty of entertainment will be still be moaning??

After today's news about Rooney singing, I looked on sky bet an saw latics are 20/1 for promotion and I think this not bad value. But I then checked handicap betting an latics to win the league with a 27 point head start is also 20/1 We have plenty of goals in our team now and if the rumour about another player in today being a defender is true then I see this as excellent value and am going to lay 20quid on that. Sorry if there is a similar post elsewhere just on way to work didn't want to spend hours looking for it

THIS ^^^ we are in for a shout If we score more than last season we have pace and people who can score in different ways . Pace in this league is priceless. Alot of money going on both teams to score in our games this year!
