Think we need a good winning performance in either of our next 2 friendlie tomorrow and Saturday. I can't remember a run of results as bad as this although I'm sure there has been one recently....L8 D2 out of 10 I think and we need a confidence boost before Torquay. I was at Stevenage which was our last win and it seems a fucking age ago. Maybe if we get an announcement tomorrow it will perk everyone up a bit

Bang on Yarddog. FFS are some people really reading into this result with the team we put out! My son played a game for Woking Accademy last night and the heat was absolutely brutal. Coaches we telling players to work at 50/60% and not risk injury. Let's see where we are come August 6th...and then by mid September before we start the moaning and criticism. Hopefully no ALMO or Shitpeas anywhere near us, local and enthusiastic new owners planning the future of our club, and a squad that can at least be competitive will suit me fine, compared to where we were 6 weeks ago. COYB.

He probably has results wise, although he has had unbelievably lucky draws, and does have the most talented squad of players in my memory at his disposal. It doesn't cover over the cracks in his tactical and coaching ability though. We are 4 months from a WC and he doesn't know his best shape or who his starting 11 is. He has no vision, is a zero risk taker, doesn't have a winning mentality and seems to ignore and punish and the likes of Grielish, Madison, and Foden regularly. But he's a nice bloke apparently so crack on! Nailed on we lose in the QFs on pens after drawing 0 0 with someone like Denmark.

He had absolutely no clue on how to set up a team to defend that's for sure, however if you take out Pete Wilde short stint, he had the joint highest win % at 43% with Wadsworth of any manager since 2000 according to the stats in an earlier post! To be fair thats pretty much play off form, and at least we played some entertaining stuff last year, which is better than this seasons crap and total of 4 league goals scored. I was never his biggest fan but sometimes you need to be careful what you wish for...
