oafcprozac
okay i agree tho those three points arent the most important for success and the half arsed :censored:e we've seen for most of the season is? As I posted a couple of weeks back Kenny Dalglish was talking about his all conquering lIverpool team of the late 80s (a team I remember well) and he said pretty much the same thing - talent is ok but without hunger, fitness and desire it's wasted. Look at Dowie's team, wasn't the prettiest team to watch and no real wonder boys in it but by Christ were they fit, had the desire to achieve and the hunger for success. Moon on a feckin' stick springs to mind!

LaticNik
Not the most sophisticated of tacticians, Penney is a “hands-on” type and a superb man-manager who could be compared to the likes of José Mourinho in that he commands an extraordinary amount of loyalty and respect from his players. Where's me season ticket form!! E4e PRIDE
