No you dont get the point

Scape goat is the point

Come on razza who was a fault for the goals v Exeter since you seem to know what you are talking about whos your scape goat.....

Collectively we was at fault for throwing away the 3-0 lead,

but you cant argue that it all changed when the 3 subs came on can you ?

Are you one of the players mates or relatives, you just bottled it

Name names

Alright, calm down Mrs Jones.

All 3 players were brought on to shore things up and steady the ship. Instead of doing this they stood around scratching their arses. Until the subs came on we were at least still creating and pressing in midfield, meaning they couldn't be camped on our 18yd line.

The 3 substitutionbs changed all of that.

i wonder what your name is ?? Could it be Black, Stephens, Taylor ..................

Why do you need to steady the ship at 3-0???????

So you are actually criticising the 11 players on the pitch.

It could be. It's not though.

'Cos White and Evina were begining to tire and Exeter were starting to get more ball.

Yes, collectively all culpable, but specificically the ones who didn't follow instructions. You know, the ones with fresh legs who were sent on to help us take care of the football.

Obviously jones shouldn't be made the scapegoat for exeters comeback....it was a collective cock up, but there is no denying that he was sent on with specific instructions to double up and help protect a tiring winchester who was getting roasted!

He blatantly ignored this and did his own thing and not even his own mother can defend him on that one.

I'm not saying the goals came from there, just that he didn't follow clear instructions.

Fair enough, but our other winger will have been told to do the same job and the goals came from that side of the pitch so why are our fans choosing to pick on one player??

I think because he came with such a good reputation and hasn't really shown any consistent form so far, people are becoming frustrated with him. Whether this is down to playing out of position is debatable. One thing latics fans won't accept is lack of effort.

What reputation are you talking about? A reputation of being a junior at Man Utd? At Man Utd he played centre half and centre mid and never on the right wing. He was in centre mid with Darron Gibson. At Hartlepool Danny Wilson signed him and played him centre mid until Chris turner took over and decided to stick him on the wing to accomodate the favourites up there. Any Hartlepool fan will tell you he was a better centre mid player than right winger.

Against Sheff Weds this season Jones was reported to have ran 13.3km during the game which is over 2kms more than a prem player - does that show a lack of effort?
