If you want to revisit an ill-conceived message (it can happen to anyone) you have to go to the correct forum. I can't find the emoticons either. We're currently investigating a new Chat App - as the one we had is no longer available. More on that when we have it. I have had some issues with logging in and having to log in multiple times for no apparent reason - we're looking at this too. I have just hovered mu cursor over the "plus/minus" key on someone's post in the bottom right and it has "minused" it in error.
