oafcprozac
Out of interest, how do i sign up for the sms service and how much do they cost? You can just Text Club Oldh Gold on to 88442 but this is 25p per message, so is expensive or you can go all inclusive like I do with a set rate Monthly or Quarterly (Quarterly's better value) Text Alerts

First live game last season was a Friday Night Fixture, Norwich v Watford - watched it in Turkey...
LaticsLee
wouldn't be upto us. it's upto sky Exactly, it's very rare that sky sports show a live game on a friday evening, so that's why it would rather be early or late saturday kick off or sunday,
OldhamSheridan
What's important is that the big teams will not be in mid-table obscurity when we play them and should bring a load, and the games won't get bloody frozen off and played mid-week in February (although Sheff Wed isn't impossible I suppose). LaticsLee
First live game last season was a Friday Night Fixture, Norwich v Watford - watched it in Turkey... that was championship game though, i can not remeber many friday night games being shown on sky tv. its normally on the times i have mentioned. There was more than you think last season, it's just I usually ignored them in favour of the RL and that was always sky's traditional slot. They will broadcast a game this season on the Friday too, it's their way of getting everyone up for the new season….

Roger Ritchie
Hardy and Corney are running round Furtherwood Road as we speak, kissing everyone shouting 'get the fook in', it's Turkey this Christmas!!!!! Hanukkah!
slystallone
Fantastic Bumper crowd too. And maybe catch them with a hangover. Result. A La Norwich when they came down; spanked 1-7 at home Vs Colchester....now 7-1 for a 1st game of the season against the Blades sounds nice doesn’t it?? Great spread of fixtures as things stand that; have a funny feeling 1 or 2 will move as time goes on; Police advice etc...but a great set – best in ages as they’ve fallen. Happy days!! the_mighty_bosh
There's a trend for the 12:45 Saturday TV games on League One opening day: Southampton Vs Millwall (newly relegated vs future promotion winners) Southampton Vs Plymouth (future promotion winners vs newly relegated) Oldham Vs Sheff Utd (...) Decent fixtures for me, quite a few away trips and both Exeter games on Saturdays.
