Lee Sinnott
Scott Spencer has bagged 30 in 30 for Hyde and Gary Lowe, the Hyde gaffer, has said Football League clubs have asked about him. I know he didn't set the world alight at Dale or Everton, but maybe he has matured and ready to make the step up? We have signed players who have scored less goals at a lower level! But he's had a good few chances to make it as a pro and not taken any of them, even in League 2. Not sure I'd be chasing him.
Lee Sinnott
Can he create chances for himself? No, but Ryan Crowther can create them and has done all season for him.

The step up is massive, Smith had 20+ from 20+ appearances IIRC in same league last year. I watched Scott on New Years Day at Stalybridge and he looks very average even at that level. I was much more impressed with Adam Griffin at left back and Danny Hall at centre half........ both could still definately do a job for us! Dave_Og
Gary Lowe tweeted today that there are rumours that Oxford are tabling a £70,000 for him. Not convinced. I watch a lot of football in this league. The third top scorer, Dwight Gayle, has been fantastic for my side this year and will no doubt be going back to his parent club, Dagenham, next year but I wouldn't see him as being near League 1 level yet
Stevie_J
Gateshead's Jon Shaw is out of contract at the end of this season, I think. He's no spring chicken but he knows where the net is.
