Also thepoint was made regarding whether it makes financial sense to sell the club now, with SC and co doing the donkey work in order to give someone else a easy ride, as opposed to sticking around, ensuring the stand is built, which would result in the value of the club going up substantially and a much larger sum in his/Blitz's pocket should he then decide to sell.
