Latics will play in the SKY bet football league 1! I wonder what the future of the football league holds... LeylandLatic
Promotion for some relegation for others and a slow drawn out death for all regardless? The Sky dream.
Alec1954
Selling our soul to the Devil. I wrote to Sean Jarvis way back when complaining of his new links at Latics to betting. To me it is the wrong message very close to drugs in sports. But money rules and ethics go out of the window.

Barclays – Helped to bugger up the economy, encourage debt Capital One – Encourage debt Beer Sponsors – Encourage drinking Coca Cola – obesity rotten teeth Npower – charging a fortune for fuel and power whilst maximising profits Then there’s B&Q who pulled out – encourage getting out in the garden and doing a bit of DIY

c.hill12
Sky sponsoring the leagues they are single handedly trying to destroy? How ironic!
maddog
Sky sponsoring the leagues they are single handedly trying to destroy? How ironic! They're faltering a little with their plan by putting money into sponsoring it then.
