I agree, I'll wait until the end of the season where we can accurately reflect on whether we've made progress or not. I've worked with some managers who have got out of this division into the championship, so have some idea of what it takes. I am however optimistic, football is often unpredictable and if he changes formation and tactics he might get something out of this and future games.
