Dave_Og
All smells a bit rotten this. All the reasons I can think of as to why Basle want to keep his medical records, despite them not being theirs to keep, even if he was still playing for them, are dodgy. The great legacy of the internet - everything is a conspiracy. I'd prefer to subscribe to teh cock up theory. The records have gone down the back of a radiator, into a mislabelled archive box, someone just can't be arsed because there is too much stuff in ther inbox so it is never at the top of their to do list... yarddog73
So what are you saying ? You first said that ability isn't a factor - "Not interested in any player who is around the first team set up who cant or is inable to play 2 x 90 minutes in one week regardless of ability". but now draw a distinction with the likes of Bunn & Ritchie. Make your mind up. Of course every club wants players who can play every match but lifes not like that. And what's your attitude to players who are wheeled out for matches but don't train ? We had one in John Sheridan. Is he a ritchie bunn or sheridan ? if harkins didnt train but was available id play him but a talanted defender with problems id rather have a lockwood than a kusunga every day of the week in fact i suspect lockwoods played with worse injuries than some of the niggles that have kept kusunga out, another thing that doesnt endear him to me is the fact is he is a poor communicator when he tarky and oxley were together it was like the keystone cops at times, just think he wouldnt be missed like i think the same about grounds, weve looked a much better unit without him. Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity, as the saying goes.

True but in that case wouldn't they just say that or is that me being overly naive?
rosa
Have they tried looking in the boot of the doctor's car? That's where missing medical records usually turn up.
