On a separate note,was it just the angle I was viewing the pitch from at Doncaster or were the pitch markings almost invisible? I was struggling to see the penalty area at all. It was difficult to see the markings yes. I always struggle with pitches that are designed for rugby, so have a spare bit at both ends, in terms of prospective for penalty areas and dead-ball lines. Magic Mikey Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 (edited) Ok, does this work then (4x3)x5=60 4x3x5=60(4×3)×5=60 the brackets don't change anything. 4+3×5=19 mathematical rules mean you have to multiply before you add. (4+3)×5=35 you solve the brackets first. I was basically trying to wriggle out of the fact that I had multiplied the 4 and 3 instead of adding in the first place.
