    Very positive meeting, LJ sounds very meticulous and thoughtful in his planning and how he treats his players to get the best out of them. Can't wait for this season to get going. We aren't going to win them all but it sounds like it's going to be a good campaign.

    I can imagine Cliff Byrne is thrilled that Mellor is considered a better option at the back. Not much point him being here if he's not first choice now and we're looking to bring someone else in.

    What about that guy who cost us the First Division title by getting sent off?! He played cricket on the day we lost the title. It's all his fault!

    We did something similar with Brian Talbot, ended that season so well that we felt the players were good enough with a few additions in the summer. Didn't turn out that way and we just about survived relegation on the last day the season after. Some of the players in this squad will have flattered to deceive just like they did with Talbot and just like they have all this season. LJ needs to know who they are, ship them out and replace them.

    That'll partly be due to our lack of fitness throughout the season, not a match for the opposition leading to frustration and more cynical challenges. I expect this will reduce significantly next season.

    That were told to 'please stay off the pitch' or the club will get a fine. They manage it for the rest of the season so why is it so hard on the last day. You can celebrate in the stands, the pitch isn't.

    Most of the time, running on the pitch is harmless fun. But there are also times like the Stockport fans hitting Kidderminster players and that Leeds fan hitting Kirkland. Sure there's been other incidents this season I can't quite remember. That's why you can't go on the pitch

    If Matt Smith stays it'll be the signing of the summer.

    I know this isn't quite over yet but we're safe now and LJ can now fully get his plans for this club into action. What are your expectations for next season with LJ in charge? Promotion? Relegation? Something in between?

    You could keep the £10 season ticket but add into an Adult's season ticket meaning they have to be supervised by an adult if they want to use it. Should keep the problems down?

    Sounds like the club are ready to take action. Will be a shame for the majority of young fans who don't misbehave but there's a sizeable minority looking to cause trouble, constantly standing up, being abusive, throwing stuff and smashing coaches. Enough's enough.

    It's worked well in past games and to great affect against Hartlepool? We lacked width it seemed in the first half and the gap between Connor Brown and Bobby Reid seemed to be too much, too far away to link up effectively? Would having Croft in today have made the difference and make the formation work better?

    Pretty much saying him and Matt Elliott could do a better job and he might throw his hat into the ring.

    The team LJ picked was the same side apart from Croft that had gone 3 games unbeaten. Does a team need wingers to win a game? Can a team play more through the middle and win just as many games if not more? First half we were shocking but it was better in the 2nd.

    I didn't see Billy jumping up and down barking orders to the players? He has all the notes, instructions etc for the manager and coaches. Leave the lad alone, I'd love to be doing what he's doing at the club right now.

    Baxter is only 21 so we would get a compensation fee for him anyways should his contract be up. I don't think there's any rush to sell him unless we get a stupid offer. I think Jose would like to give it longer here as well, establish himself at a club before moving on.

    Last year you could make 3 monthly payments of around £100 a month and it was interest free. Otherwise you paid it in 10 monthly payments and there was in effect a months interest on top of it.

    People could have got a free ticket on Monday if they had got up and helped take the covers off the pitch. Massive incentive there already if you want to watch a free game of football.

    I liked this kit as well. We should have this again.

    I don't know, my car got broken into, they caught the guy and he got a year in jail. Shortened I'm sure for good behaviour but he got sent down.

    That's great to hear! Hope justice gets done.

    Just look down the road to what Citeh do in terms of matchday experience. Bar next to the stadium, live band or some music before the game, interview a former player, manager etc. Get the fans down there for 1pm not 2:55pm.

    If Smith plays like he did in those few weeks when we played Liverpool and Everton then he can definitely play in the Championship.

    Maybe we can all pre-order the shirts to our own specifications? The club can please all the fashion critics then.
