    Yep, I initially thought we might be getting a load of dross, but they've been more than fine. This biggest disappointment has been Queensy, who was on paper, the best signing of the lot.

    Someone asked him about Latics the other day and he said "Seem to be losing a few. Need to find some more." Which isn't wrong, but means nothing really. Re Davies - he's scoring more than I thought he would have done, 9 in 21 starts in the league is decent, we shouldn't be getting rid of him. I thought he looked knackered over the Christmas games, suspect he needs a bit of a break, but Holloway isn't prolific enough to lead the line on his own.

    Come Jan 2nd, we'll have precisely zero midfielders who can pass a ball forwards. Holloway - the guy has no striking instincts at all. When the ball goes wide, he's fannying around somewhere miles from the goal. The cross from the left (Hunt?) that went across the box was perfect, but he's stood on the penalty spot grappling people.
