The goals we are conceding are criminal...silly jumping in to two challenges cos us yesterday. Ruddy clarke -Edmunson - Gerrard mclaughlin - Bryan - byrne - Gardner - Hunt davies - Doyle would be my starting 11...I think with clarke and Gerrard either side Edmundson would be ok and add a bit more pace. I reckon Shez would have played this 11 if It wasn't for internationals (except for edmunson). He has to change something defensively, we are leaking far too many, and the keeper isn't solely to blame..

That's the issue with fane...him and banks are no good. Green needs to go in when fit. Fane and banks can leave the club whenever they like.

But was your sole task to deliver results based on these staff? did you have a limited budget to work with?Apples and Pears. Sheridan is the expert vs Corney in terms of what is needed on the pitch. If Corney was buying over and above Sheridans budget then fair enough, but we all know we don't have that luxury. I suspect corney is getting involved when he sees cash cows for the future, but at the same time is wasting budget that sheridan needs here and now in more important areas.

My thoughts were from : 1) corney (although he would be daft to have a public dig at him with a potential new investor coming in) 2) Gerrard, Banks or Holloway - key/regular players last season that have underperformed so far this year. 3) I had thought Clarke but believe he is too professional to have a major disagreement with the manager and is also captain. He does have a fairly open dig at us not scoring enough goals which makes me think he is aligned to Sheridan at targeting attacking midfield/forwards for poor performance. My money would be on 2
