  1. Ofcourse he didnt just openly say it as my post said, lj brought mellor off due to the fact that he "couldn't run" in which he said it wasn't a physical issue (ruling out an injury) but a mental one, which to me says its as if he couldnt be arsed and wasn't doing any running
  2. Thought he was Awesome yesterday, like others said 1 bad decision but played really well, can't remember any of these simple passes that went out? When he was taken off few of us were questioning it and I said surely he must have picked up a knock? Not heard anything about it though. Mellor on the other hand - LJ said he was taken off as he "couldn't run" and that it was a mental issue not a physical, saying he couldn't be arsed basically so he took him off?
  3. Nothing, your spot on. Im only 20 and try to stay as positive as I can, yes I'm gutted/annoyed/frustrated as anything at times when we lose but who isn't? Do I think a loss means we are going to be relegated to the conference north and be wound up in the next 6 months, No. - some people are just never happy and love to moan about :censored: all
  4. This. They had some bloody good chances first half. Their winger (best player on the pitch) should have scored a one on one, another effort from their player that was inches wide when he shot across goal, as well as 2 headers (the one from the corner should have gone in). That's 4 very good chances other than their goal. Also Kusunga alone seemed to have the ball for 70 minutes of that 90. Not a fan of the passes across the field at the back between Tarky/Kusunga/Grounds (Lanzoni didn't seem to do it as often). Couple of occasions we were almost caught out. It's fine playing the ball out from defence of course but doing this at times when its not needed and when their attackers are very close isn't the best idea. Anyway - Beat Mansfield and this will be forgotten. Last night I was "gutted" but nothing compared to the same game 2 years ago
  5. Only good signs are that it appears both Gerrard and Sturridge will be out
  6. Replay on TV next tuesday - really can't see many going to this. All ticket as well for latics fans.
  7. believe you can sit in the above tier but I was hoping to stand myself. Should be a good game two in form sides (league wise for them anyway)
  8. Same here mate never done brentford away, heard its class. Will be my 5th trip to london watching the Tics and not seen us lose yet! lets hope it continues
  9. Anyone having this? Got our coach tickets last week. Comes in-between 2 big cup games but hoping we can get something there. Usually when a manager bins a team off the team goes tits up! Works in the opposite more often than not to when a manager is sacked.
  10. When I heard he was a free I was hoping we'd sign him or at least go for him. Glad to hear we made an attempt thought he always looked a decent player
  11. I could see ITV putting us on they :censored:ing love us, purely based on last seasons upsets
  12. Yeah he's playing it down, he knows there's only two teams who play better/as good football as us, Arsenal and Walsall
  13. Think a lot will bin off sheffield united away for this one - £9 in is top notch. Hopefully a cracking following
  14. Well if that doesn't get 3000 going I don't know what will! ;)
  15. yeah £9 for adults £6 for under 21 think definitely have a bit of that
  16. We'll see if people change their minds when we're STILL unbeaten come boxing day and just outside the play offs ;)
