    think brown, grounds, tarky, wes, montano, baxter, boozy are the only ones still contracted, sure smith will sign again, and hopefully big jean, but i think furman and croft will have offers, and id like simpson off the wage bill anyway unless he can start being arsed in the league.

    Robbie Simpson biggest let down of all , but aside from baxter grounds Byrne smith and a some of the young lads who PD treated badly, the whole squad Is guilty, they have all shown there capabilities , but have been gash virtually all season.

    without doubt the correct decision, but i do have sympathy for him, met him before the game yest, thanked him for last sunday, he is a really approachable fella, and he cared about the club, players, fans etc, just didnt happen for him. but thanks Paul, for the trip to anfield, for the jpt cup run, and for bringing in so much money to the club, through cup runs, signing baxter etc. never have i felt so disappointed for a manager.

    Christ it's bad when 35 year old Ruben Hazel is mentioned , he was error prone when he could still run , god knows what he d be like now . A new right sided defender is a must though , to cover full and centre back

    If dickov can't keep a team with Baxter, croft, wes, furman, grounds, iwelumo , Barnard in a reasonably poor division , then he should quit football. I think we will stay up after Sunday, and with the new signings, surely he will adopt a different approach now, and play players on form not reputation ?

    Me and the old man will be there , first away game of season after planned trips to Sheff, donny , forest and cov fell through for various reasons, still buzzing off last week, excited to see the new players , so expecting us to get turned over 3 0 !!!
