  1. Does Curacao nationality count as #frenchlad? And Benteke is Belgian! Come on, LL, pay attention. That gym is not doing you any good.
  2. Trialist has one disallowed. We need Agent Mick to find out who these trialists are.
  3. I need photographic evidence. No, I didn't mean pornographic evidence, although it could amount to the same thing.
  4. Joe Murphy was their regular keeper who came back from a long spell out injured. If he recovered, he was promised half a dozen games at the end of the season, so I don't think it was anything to do with Ripley's performances.
  5. I don't think his defence helped him very much. Now, where have I heard that before?
  6. Oddly, he's still showing on the Burton Albion website. Even more oddly, he's shown as #1 whereas he has always worn #43 in memory of Les Sealey who passed away when 43 years old.
  7. I think it's safe to say that he didn't accept the new offer. So maybe he doesn't have a club right now. Same may well go for Moimbe.
  8. Doesn't seem like he's coming back. No word of him signing for anyone else either.
  9. Isn't he an Oldham lad? Must be knocking on a bit now, he's been around for donkey's years.
  10. If you mean Karliegh Osborne, he's a central defender released by Grimsby at the end of last season. As for Bywater, I didn't know Burton had released him. As for Mollo, 28 year old winger 2008–2011 Monaco 42 (2) 2010–2011 → Caen (loan) 35 (4) 2011–2012 Granada 6 (0) 2012–2013 Nancy 38 (6) 2013–2016 Saint-Étienne 59 (9) 2015–2016 → Krylia Sovetov (loan) 23 (0) 2016–2017 Krylia Sovetov 12 (5) 2017 Zenit Saint Petersburg 7 (1) 2017 → Zenit-2 Saint Petersburg 4 (0) 2017–2018 Fulham 6 (0) 2018- Al-Rayyan 0 (0
  11. There is no way that Crofty could possibly be hungry with the amount of grub he stacks away. Gerrard, I'm not so sure about, because he's bigger than me and I don't want a slap.
  12. Swinging what? Oh shit, I think I know already. Please tell me I'm wrong.
  13. Never seen it, never want to, never will. I assume it's one of these pointless reality shows where folk make knobs of themselves so they can say they've been on the tellybox. On the sensible channel, though, we saw a decent game tonight. How did Brazil not get a pen for that Kompany "tackle"? Why didn't VAR blow down the ref's lughole to make him have a look at it pitchside? At least Neymar proved once again that he's a real talent and a cheat as well. Embarrassing, some of his theatrics. But not as embarrassing as Muslera's exhibition of Sunday League goalkeeping. All European affair now.
  14. Can you imagine a conversation between Byrne, Baxter and Dummigan. You'd need three interpreters.
  15. Likewise. Kelvin is older by 4 years. He's 31 now. Kelvin Trippier-Lomax was born in Bury, Greater Manchester. His father is Chris Trippier, although he later used his mother Eleanor Lomax's surname in his professional career.
  16. Well done. You've found something else to moan about. Jesus H Christ on a bicycle, is there ANYTHING that makes you happy? Go on, smile. It's really good once you get used to it. By the way, you may be surprised at Sam's credentials. Luke doesn't do the interviews, so you can't make that comparison with Sam. I wish I knew what you looked like, so I can make bloody sure I'm not stood anywhere near you at a match.
  17. Another chance for some to give him a bit more stick.
  18. Has anyone noticed that he now has a double barrelled surname on the fishul? He is now Johan Branger-Engone. He's got to be good with a name like that.
  19. Good work again, Andy, but I wish you hadn't re-posted the tables. I've been trying to forget my relegation and then you do this to me.
  20. No surprise there, then Edit: yarddog73 beat me to it
  21. Because, to the best of my knowledge, no one has said all is fine, but there are plenty who have said to give everyone a chance before condemning them even though there are some problems. That's the difference. However, if you want to run down every move that the club/owner/manager etc makes, go ahead. At least you'll get plenty of attention. PS - I find it somewhat ironic that your totally negative attitude is supported by an avatar of the least qualified manager in living memory.
