Both, but spending a lot of my current work time in a room full of people who have internet completely blocked so I try not to rub it in by spending half the day on here.

If FIFA find out how many people are on OWTB at work and realise why the country is in such a state, it could affect the outcome of the bid.

Just at home, used to be both home and work until the I.T dept. at the Pennine Accute Trust decided to block owtb... :ranting:

When was that? Durham blocked owtb a long time ago, but the computers there are so slow it isn't worth doing any sort of non-urgent surfing. Sunderland have blocked it as well (I think)

As for the topic question, at home (but mainly when I'm in Durham). I have logged on now and then when at uni, or at "work" but I'm usually no where near a computer even if I wasn't that busy.

i never log off

You're not on your own. There's plenty more with an unhealthy obsession of coming on here. Can't believe how much time some people spend on here.

But the thing is, with 3g and 4g and 5g blah blah phones it's just too easy to get on the internet whenever you want.

I'm sure I'm not on my own when I admit to sneaking a peak at OWTB, sports scores etc on my mobile when I'm out shopping with her, in a restaurant with her family, stuck in traffic, waiting for an appointment....

A couple of months back.

They swapped the 'quota time' system (where we each got 1 hour per day to do as we please), to unlimited access (but have filtered out a shed load of sites).

Slow?

Can anyone beat 576Kb bandwidth?

I can draw porn quicker.

Am stuck on mobie internet, at least for the moment, and given that the electric supply is dodgy at times here in Mauritius, and mobile signals are worse.....

Oh you have met your match sir. My home internet (with Virgin) is often so bad in the evenings I can't even access this site. I do speed tests frequently and last week I had 0.07dl and 0.02ul. I've called Virgin a number of times about their appaulling service to which they have told me to 'write a letter' detailing my complaint, clowns. They also tell me 'they dont deal in upload speeds' despite advertising them on their website, needless to say payments to Virginmedia have now been cancelled maybe that will get their attention.
