“So if I take the answer you gave me to one question, and the answer you gave me to another question, and then change the answers to the first question in a random way, why don’t the first answers match the second answers?”

Stupid bitch.

We do this here and that there, arbitrarily, but you've done that here and this there, meaning you have failed.

I was part of a Facebook conversation last night which went from football grounds visited and degenerated into talk of my unusual utilisation of Norman Hunter’s car door handles when we were last at Elland Road (some Leeds fan I don’t know was part of the conversation). Then, one of my old Uni mate’s brothers made reference to an incident along a similar theme. It stirred memory from many years ago of my mate telling us the story of when one of his brothers had been at an England-Wales rugby match and had found himself near the Royal Box. He took advantage of this to hang around after the game until the ground was more or less empty, at which point he clambered over and left a large calling card on the Queen’s chair. These days they’d have tracked him down under some anti-terror laws and flown him to Morocco to have his gonads drilled, but those were gentler, more civilised times.

The largest number ever defined is a 'Graham'.

There's something beautifully "right" about curling one out on a throne, even a temporary one at a sports stadium.

Is the Graham the one that ends in a 7? What's Graham to the power of Graham then? What Graham to the power of Graham plus one? (I think I'm right in saying it ends in an 8.

It is the one that ends in a seven. But they don't know what all the digits are, or indeed how many.

I suppose a graham to the power of a graham + 1 doesn't really count because it is defined in terms of grahams. Or something.

So, how many infinities are there?
