    The part that's confused me is that the judge specifically points to the state of the girl when she bumped into CM as evidence of her being incapable of consenting yet he's apparently alright whilst Evans is guilty. Doesn't make Evans any less of a scumbag though.

    Everyone's favourite fat, tax dodging parasite has bailed on Crawley, who are pushing for automatic, to go to Rotherham, who have an outside chance of the play offs at best. Seems an odd one to say the least, do Rotherham have a massive pot of cash I've missed?

    I think this'll be a decent seller and should boost crowds - my cousin is a red thanks to brainwashing by his dad but I know he's been to a couple of Latics games with his mates. He'll be getting a ST as a gift for next season whether he wants one or not

    I've taken small E/W bets with Paddy Power on Mahan, Watson and Donald as a starter. I find golf an absolute nightmare to bet on though (hence taking the E/W option) so I usually wait until after the cut to see who I fancy. Woods and McIlroy obviously look like they have chances but I'm not backing anyone at 4/1 in such a wide open field in a competition which has seen a fair few long odds winners.

    You just said sending a letter or shouting it in the street would be harassment, would you class sending a tweet differently? Genuine question as I don't see a difference other than tweets being more public.

    If he had been sent down for the original tweet about Muamba then there might have been a freedom of speech defence. He wasn't - he's been sent down for the vile racist abuse he directed at people who objected to that original tweet. No problem whatsoever with him serving time for it.
