Absolutely this!! People need to give the guy a :censored:ing break. I'm sure he regrets a lot of things, but for the most part his heart (and most certainly his wallet) are in the right place. Yes there have been some monumental balls ups over the last 5 years, but without this substantial subsidy being pumped in by SC where would we be? I call it a subsidy because the size of it has got to a level where he could have just cut his losses. There's absolutely nothing untoward re: brassbank. Big respect to the club for making this bold - and in my opinion correct - decision. To the OP - completely understand what you are saying, but it does seem that LJ has learned his lesson. A slow burner like doesn't exactly inspire more people to donate, but im sure it was done in good faith. Well done to everybody who pushes the scheme forward. I have just added a monthly standing order also - mainly driven by guilt at not being able to make it to many home games. Please can we now sign the next Stevie Whitehall :-)
