  1. Whats the crack with the tickets, do you have to buy in advance or is it pay on the day?
  2. I think i would kill to live in this world
  3. The best days of my life, now lets dump Everton out and do it all again
  4. Not only is Not only is it better to watch, but we havn't done to bad in the games when we've been set up more to attack and played on the front foot. Crewe, Preston, Sheff Utd, Shrewsbury (2nd Half), Forest (2nd Half) and Liverpool we were the more attacking team in all these games and they were great to watch.
  5. Simple and honest statement, can't fault him. To be fair if everything happens as it should do Mk Dons should hammer us, but then again so should Liverpool.
  6. Amazing team performance, they all deserve it but it's got to be Smith
  7. Seaon Ticket and Coupon Holders First! Will the band keep playing?
  8. Newcastle away would be good, remember watching us play there in the cup years back, was a great away day even though we lost.
  9. "Yet another, . "Fine, Moment",. FoR tHis forum "and,.. our Website"! "
  10. Beyond any of the racism, why is the chairman of The Society of Black Lawyers, which i think is totally racist in itself, is so bothered about mainly white fans singing about the jewish religion. Shouldn't he be off worring about people being racist towards black lawyers????
  11. Table never lies for me! Correct position given our performances.
  12. Found this interesting from the PNE forum about what they make of our ground. Funny most latics fans don't feel the same way As for Boundary Park , its a great place, like several people have said, a blast from the past, bags of character, once grounds like this have gone forever football will be a poorer place. Next league away game is at Scunthorpes new antiseptic arena. I know which I prefer.
  13. Not many, we're in the John Sheridan region not the Mick McCarthy one.
  14. Fair enough, anybody is a bit vague. Who's out of work that we could afford, that would want to come here and could honestly do any better. I'm no Dickov fanatic and I think we're plating dire.
  15. If we did sack Dickov, who are we going to bring in and do you think they could turn this season around with this crop of players. It would make sense to sack him but i wouldn't call for it because i don't know who we'd bring in and i don't think we'd be any better
  16. I voted City, but i felt really dirty afterwards, off to have a bleach shower
  17. I've read on a few occasions that the guy has "off the field problems" that come as part of his baggage, but was exactly has he done in the past and with ourselves?
  18. if at first you don't succeed redefine success
  19. Frankie, Frankie, Frankiiie, Frankiie, Frankiie, Frankie, Frankiie Frankie Frankie Bunn FRANKIE BUNN frankie bunn FRANKIE BUNN WOOOOOOOOAAHHHHH! Frankie.........................
  20. I don't have problems with mancs, most of my family are mancs, like most people i just hate the plastic ones. For me my dislike all comes for football reasons. The amount of times i had to sit and watch united sink us (Wembley, Main Road etc...) Watching so many lads from oldham support utd or citeh just because its the easier choice, the amount of moaning city fans do is just beyond belief, the fact most man utd fans i've ever met have hardly ever stepped foot inside the ground yet they claim to be loyal fans. I could go on but you catch my drift, i just like the thought that Oldham while yes is a bit of a dive is independant from all that and moving us Into/Closer:) to Manchester we're losing some of our identity. Also one thought that never escapes me if this new ground we're to be be built slap bang in the middle of oldham i'm pretty sure fans and boardroom would all be on the same page pretty much just leaving the people who are so fond of boundary park that no new ground would be good enough.
  21. I didn't re new this season for the first time in ages, I went tonight against Tranmere and on that evidence it was a rather good call. Also tonight has done nothing at all to make me want to even consider it for next year. Losing i can live with anyone who's followed latics long enough must have got used to that, but the negative football with so little effort being shown, i refuse to part with what little money i have for that.
  22. Great read Mark spot on. I remember being a young kid with you playing footy on the street and getting interested in Latics around the same time. Great memories and great times, like you i wish it could have come a few seasons later so i would have appreciated it a bit more, but not a bad way to gain your football education in the early days
