  1. Ronnie had a great budget he signed 12 players in one summer, Shez came in added to that. We had better players under them no doubt, hell even Dangerous was given money to spend. Dickov has had a decent budget wage wise, according to SC in the Chron, but if he had Ronnie/Shez's squad whose to say he would not have us in top 6?
  2. Difference is Taylor-boo boy, Lee-golden boy, how anyone can see Taylor as being unloyal is beyond madnass. He has rejected offers from Championship clubs, but of course that must have been part of his master to leave on a free. Some argue he should sign then be bought, but clubs at this level aren't buying and there will be potentially 1,500 free players in the summer.
  3. He isn't going anywhere, the best RB in the league and they need homegrown players for CL squad. It's a shame but once again we have been undone by events no-one saw coming.
  4. Very few people will argue that if PD was as bad on the PR front as Moore (although Dangerous was worse) he would be gone, but that is part of the job and the part Dickov gets right. Although it is fair to ask how many of this team would get into Moore or Shez's sides I think it would be few.
  5. Gordon Lawton may be able to help, not sure if the club has a press officer but he or Bugby are perhaps the closest we have. E-mails are on the site, but would be best to phone them that way you will get a response for sure.
  6. How much would this cost? More than we have I would think, a shame as it may help the atmosphere and belief that there are plans.
  7. If he was going to walk why not do it last week? Sounds like rubbish to me, it would make no sense to manage a 'goodbye game'. He is talking about next season, signed up for the Sky Ride thing, staff v fans match now they are all little things but if he was planning to leave why announce he was doing that? You must have to accept he will be here in August whether he will be a few months after, well....
  8. The cost would be a barrier but it shouldn't be, they would be able to train on it thus taking away anything being spent on where they currently train. Plus being able to rent it out on non-match days, the fact no games would be called off due to frozen pitch, taking costs away to mantain the pitch and it would be a better surface to play good football on.
  9. Don't Charlton have that Ben Hamer who is highly rated by them, I would want a fair wack seeing as they can afford it. I think we should be looking for about £250,000-£500,000, if they feel he is good for the Championship we should charge Championship prices.
  10. No let's not try this, besides it's not us doing it. It is him, Dickov, and he won't move Lee, no reason to.
  11. Another transfer window praying for him to be sold, maybe Scholes will finally sign.
  12. Maybe you should protest his employment, or do the stand up and face away thing. Everyone in RRE stand up and turn away from him, just to show you are unhappy his stewardship.
  13. Awww that little lad looks like he is going to cry, why is it these idiots always fail to understand what they're doing is against the law? That Liam Stacy was shocked when he was arrested, and now this pleb has his mummy on the BBC page defending him. "He just wanted to show people what he had done," is my fave line in any news report, all he did was copy and paste a picture he was able to find through some loop hole. It wasn't about showing how clever he was with computers, he wanted to act like a big by revealing the new shirt before everyone else.
  14. Had to do a quick google search, I wouldn't mind her at BP. In fact bin this whole model fan thing and just sign Lee Croft and get her to model new kit, like Marsh did with Haining.
  15. Why would it matter if his girlfriend has passed her test? If he moved down south her best option would be train anyway, I think he is staying because I read it in the stars ok?
  16. I am serious I would have them back, Bunn looks dangerous and Tom A is a good player.
  17. Someone got told to sit down or be chucked out? Well that just takes the biscuit how dare the club follow league rules!!!!! Also what do you want the club to do about the stewards? Move onto the next point about the stadium this has been brought up many times, when things are sorted we will be told. How do you know nothing is happening? Golden Ticket please read other threads where ST holders have said they were glad of it, so what are you protesting? Like the Dragons Den I am ruling myself out, this is an odd thing to do. Like the protest of Dangerous Dave's job, it won't change anything even more so when no-one knows what you want changing. "What do we want?" "Erm...." Not powerful really when you think about it, I would reconisder this protest otherwise you'll look a knob.
  18. PNE have just become my 2nd fave club in L1, everything they do makes me laugh. They don't mean to be funny, but they just are I almost feel bad. The whole club is like one big drunk nutter, mental moment after mental moment.
  19. Is Taylor's deal up at the end of the season, if so maybe the LB we have wanted since Charlton left. In terms of signings I have a few I would like to see at BP, no idea if their contracts are up in the summer though. Reece Brown (loan), Harry Bunn (loan), Tom A (loan), Alan Judge, Jeff Hughes and Alan Sheehan from County (they have some good players there, when you think about it), M Symes from Bournemouth (looked decent when he played against us for Dale), Jason Kennedy (Rochdale), Chris Dagnell (Not getting games at Barnsley after signing in Jan and already been loaned out)
  20. It's not a new stand we need, though, has TTA have often said during this whole process there needs to be a 24/7 earning potential. Also there is a good chance that the new stand will house the changing rooms and offices as it did in the old plans, I would think the next stand to be redeveloped would be the Main Stand as that is in awful nick.
  21. Don't think we would with Evina, chances are we do i.e Stephens.
  22. I've said it many times but renewing for me personally comes down to: 1) if I could afford it- hit and miss at the moment 2) if work commitments allow- not working so a non issue 3) if there is a club So not voted as I don't know yet, I think I'll end up buying one.
