As good a player as he is there are decent Right Backs out there that could do a good job for us, Simek from their lot yesterday is a decent player. Reece Brown looked good at RB too, Winchester is a good back-up too.

For me I'm glad he went down, let's be honest five/ten years ago this would never have made it to court. He may not have followed her and attacked her, but he did rape her. I don't think he went out to rape her, but it is pretty scummy behaviour to have sex with a girl who clearly wasn't in a fit state. I can see his sentence being reduced and he does have a right to appeal, but this case has shown triblism at it's best/worst. Here is a guy who took advantage of a poor girl, while in a long term realtionship at the very least, yet some make out he was a normal guy who shagged a drunk girl. Now some have jumped to his defence, which is fair enough if they had 100% of the evidene were they every day in court or had been there. Others act like he killed the girl, at the most he is rapist at the very least he is the kind of scum fathers warn their girls about. I'm not going to judge the sentencing has I only know a small amount, but I do feel football fans have acted shamlessly.

Why are people moaning about his comment of only enjoying 30/40% of the season, I'd be more worried if he had. His legs are gone he's a perfectionist so won't be happy with his form, a baby on the way, he is mid-thirties and perhaps not confident as much as he was when he joined. Like many in this squad I wouldn't be too gutted if he goes, in fact the only player I would be gutted about is Furman and he's staying.

There is a good chance the two know each other, we are all assuming he(anyone) is being brought in over Dickov's head. Maybe it's him that has made the choice, Duxbury wasn't PD's man anyway, Taggart could walk into a another coaching role and that's if their going. How can we judge the coaches' performances unless you've seen them train the players it is impossible to say, many assume Taggart is useless yet he was highly respected at Leicester. Duxbury has been here since Shez and was seemingly ignored by Dangerous Dave, there were many a time when he came down with some notes and was motioned away. At first it seemed Dickov had brought him back into the fold, yet he seems to have been pushed away again. One person who we can judge is Paul Butler seeing as we know his role, the players' aren't fit enough. I'd guess it is more a mental thing, though, as there have been times when the players have played well late on in a game before.

I think Black will get a new deal he is a decent League 1 left back, won't be on too high a wage and a local lad. I can't these Tweets as being linked to Oldham, the girlfriend thing makes sense his Tweets seem to be in recently dumped boyfriend mode.

4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 are perhaps the best formations at this level, while 4-2-3-1 is the formation I use on Football Manager which works very well by the way. In League 1 many teams use wingers and if the full back joins them you need a wingers to track back, a 4-2-3-1 may be slightly too attacking. This could useful at home, though, a passing style like Swansea's would be very entertaining. Although we have in the past passed it around similar and you can hear the boos after three or four from side to side, basically I'd like to see us attack with fludity and teamwork. Key thing is for the players to ignore the noises from the fans.

This would have cost the FL about £5 million, youth teams are voluntary and some clubs have already closed theirs. Oldham released players who were due pro contracts, if the team had been closed lads with youth contracts would also have been sent away. Thing is his best position is linking the midfield and forwards, not many teams play that way. Also his strike rate is poor, not cheap wages, limited in terms of distance from his home there aren't that many clubs who would suit him and he would suit.
