I dont like Bradford, but I will be wishing them well on Sunday even though I expect Swansea to be very professional and sail through the game. Im thinking if Bradford can do it, it can spur us on to more belief that theres no reason we cant do just as well in the FAC Plus Swansea are from Wales, we dont want them scumbags getting an English trophy, even if that means our Yorkshire friends getting it instead.

I spent the majority of the Coventry game shaking my head at why we were percivering with Smith up front, the way we were playing didnt suit his style but I did say that he could be great with the right type of service. Pinning a team in the 18yard box will always make him a presence that will scare most defenders and goalkeepers. Id offer him 1 more year to see if this has given him the confidence boost to go out and really prove me wrong. Not 100% convinced he will make it but you cant deny there is something there.

Only play Smith if we are going to be proactive about getting the balls down the wing and playing to the strength of putting the balls in the box. Whats the point otherwise. Ok, what positions where Oldham and Man City in in our recent victory? Im not sure but City surely had to be top 6? And Im not 100% ( I kill my braincells with alcohol too much for memories) but was it not the year we beat Bradford to stay up on the last day, its got to be around that time either way. League positions yes but Im thinking the 3-1 Arsenal win was by far the best I can recollect as an Oldham fan. Possibly the best evening ever as my dad took me in the players lounge after the game, brilliant
