  1. Would love to know there basic pay before bonuses but id hazard a guess that Clarke, Green and Flynn are on over £1k, and a decent chunk will be in the £700 - £999 category, ill give them directions to Home Bargains they can get a dozen free range eggs and 6 tins of heinz for about £3.50 breakfasts sorted
  2. Completely agree myself with them not getting fed and watered, some of these players will be on > £1k a week why should they get waited on twice a day for being wank? Making them scramble there own eggs and putting some beans on the hob or putting porridge in the microwave at home before they rock up for training at about 10am, bless them dont know how they'll cope
  3. Like many comments on this today, I seemed to be resigned to the fact that we were going to lose and was looking at my watch for the minute to leave the ground and try and make the most of the Saturday I had remaining. All of them were shocking today only slight positives were Croft & Winchester for 10 minutes after the break, but what is the point in them both as "professional" footballers if they have only got 45 mins tops in them? Looks as if Reckord is the only one of the debacle at Lincoln who to quote Robinson "will never play for me again", well I would love to hear why Ladapo, Burgess Green, Erwin & Banks arn't in that category because they are woeful, long struggle ahead and resigned but ultimately if im honest not arsed that ill be traipsing my arse to Barnet next year
  4. Fair does, just been reading a few articles on how they came back from the bottom. What are the main reasons for your response? Would you still attend games if it ended up going that way?
  5. After reading through this topic, was just wondering if it got to the stage that the club had to reform I.e like Wimbledon and Chester, would the stay aways from Corney come back? and would current attendees be content if we had to start from the bottom of the pyramid? Im that disillusioned at the moment im beginning to wonder what it would be like if it came to starting from scratch and try and rebuild. Must admit I'm extremely intrigued by it because im bored rigid of how it is currently, and the only think keeping me going currently is a good drink and random away trip weekends with the lads
  6. On route back now, absolutely horrendous, the 2 goals papered over the cracks of a really unhappy away following. Get rid of Reckord absolute joke of a footballer, Burgess is piss poor in the air, ball at his feet n soft as s**t in a challenge, Green's legs gone completely, Banks a :censored:house, Winchester not got it cant keep giving him chances, Erwin a pampered Championship player with a shocking attitude and I will carry Ladapo on my back to Palace tomorrow he's a pathetic excuse of a centre forward....apart from that lost for words
  7. Always thought there should have been a specific Oldham terrace chant to this tune
  8. Understand we havnt got a pot to piss in which is why we need to cut the cloth I e the crap we've got now to use our resources better. If off a guess - Klok £450 Woodland £350 Croft/ Winchester £500 Lad from Hull £400 One of the left backs £550 Loan wages of 2 of the 3 strikers £1500 Thats c.£3k a week rather bring 3 better players in on £1k a week than players who hardly touch the grass or ones who look like they dont want to be on it.
  9. Like 99% of the fans im thoroughly depressed with the feeble attacking performances this season, but I thought we'd have been in the relegation zone at this stage of the season after the summer debacle. Im not convinced myself by the gaffer but I would give Robinson the next transfer window to try and change things. I think out of the hastily put together squad there will be 8 out in January, Burgess and get Gerrard in, one of the left backs as there both rank average if that good, Woodland not good enough, Klok will never make a professional footballer, the winger from Hull forgot his name he's made that much of an impression, one of Winchester or Croft can carry them both, Lapado is a lazy b*****d and not got the stomach for a relegation battle and Mckay as its just not working for either of us. Save them wages and bring 3 on the saved wages in for there wages and have the kids as back up and see where we are at the end of February. Theres going to be around 10 teams for the 4 relegation spots and as long as we are in touch going into the new year I think thats the best we can expect......Unfortunately.
  10. Going to be a huge can of worms this, plenty of sleepless nights for a lot of people me thinks
  11. Ripley Dummigan Clarke Burgess Reckord Flynn Fane Green Winchester Osei McKay Going to need pace on the counter, Erwin has been our best forward thus far, but looks like he needs a break. Try and get a good hour out of Winchester before he tires, hopefully picking up pockets of space as they inevitably push forward and hope for the best. I would love for out and out wingers but don't think Tuesday is the day for it, I feel a heavy defeat with our upcoming fixtures could see us firmly rooted to table proppers.
  12. Fortunately couldn't attend today. Find myself more interested in checking out my bets at home games nowadays due to the product on show
  13. Typical Latics get a slight feel good factor going then back to earth with a bump. Going to see it as a massive learning curve for Robinson not to take Fane off....he was a walking red card and was lucky to last the 10 minutes from his earlier foul, Fane is going to have to learn as I can see teams will target him and it could become a regular occurrence. 3 up top with Flynn in midfield will not work in my eyes.....he seems the type of player you have to carry far too often for our style of side. Looked lacking up front today.....no cohesion between the three, feel it is to early in the reign to be tinkering with 3 up top we need to remain solid and work from there on. Hate slagging refs but for the 2nd week on the run that 2nd half performance was horrendous today and so much for getting home decisions. Typical Latics cant string home performances together but we live in hope for next Saturday.
  14. Fair does regarding the peno looks like I have had a bigger mare than the ref on that one, massive incident regarding the game though, they were starting to play some nice stuff none of their typical hoofball and were pinning us in. Regarding the ref, he had an absoloute shocker all afternoon, never seen so many decisions so obviously wrong in my life and already had the whistle in his mouth for their penalty as if waiting for any contact whatsoever. I'd have taken a point before hand and keeps the unbeaten league run going, now our achilles heel 2 winnable home games.
  15. First time poster so go easy on me. Thought there centre half won the ball clear as day in the first half but very impressed by the workrate throughout today especially as in my view we carried Fane and Klok for as long as they were on the pitch today. Fane is a good player who I think had an off day but Klok will never make a League 1 player in a month of Sundays....so far off the pace today It was unreal. Good graft off the front 2 to feed off scraps and you may aswell give P. Clarke player of the season already.....what were Bury thinking not getting him signed up.....positional sense is brilliant. Good effort all round and those snagging the following.....I had to pay £25 on the day as it was a last minute decision how are families in a poor town supposed to fork out for 3 away trips in a week in the middle of the holidays????
