Heath Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Its blizzarding here in Cheshire! Apparently its the same in Oldham, wodner if they will have another pitch inspection later on?
Fyldelatic Posted February 5, 2013 Author Posted February 5, 2013 Its blizzarding here in Cheshire! Apparently its the same in Oldham, wodner if they will have another pitch inspection later on? Always possible, but provided snow stops or turns to sleet/rain before KO and accumulation can be removed, I can't see a problem as the ground isn't frozen and perfectly playable.
pk200 Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 surely statement should have added that in case weather gets worse a precautionary inspection will follow
Alec1954 Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Very heavy snow in Oldham centre-ish at 14.06. Madness.
tangerinedreams Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Tonight's game is ON. The Boundary Park pitch passed a 1pm inspection. Is your post in small letters or is it my eyes?

Ground may be perfect but other factors such as area surrounding ground etc need to be considered.
