Due to the sensationalist nature of the reporting of this, I can see us having to endure more than our fair share of questionable decisions from the man in black over the next few weeks.

Yesterday, whilst not an excuse time and again 'robust' challenges on our players went unnoticed.

You always defend referees as impartial and unbiased. So what does it matter that they've read it?

Yes they do seek to be impartial and unbiased in the face of biased pressure from players, crowds and managers. Sheridan's behaviour and reputation will make them less likely to be influenced by his partisan viewpoint and actual enable them to better make their own impartial decisions.

According to everything you say refs are perfect and don't let things like that affect them. How long should Wenger be banned for? He pushed the 4th official. However slightly he still put his hands on him. Lifetime ban?
