Bury haven't brought much more on a Saturday than they have on a Tuesday in the past if memory serves me correctly.

Considering they're not happy at the moment it would likely be an even more pitiful following than normal anyway.

16/17 - Saturday - 1388 (5776)

15/16 - Saturday - 1237 (5537)

12/13 - Tuesday - 734 (4120)

With the Bury match postponed, it's the perfect opportunity to come along to Mossley AFC and support us on Non-League Day 2017!

We're at home to Skelmersdale United in the FA Trophy, kick-off 3.00pm. It's a big game for us with £3,000 prize money and a place in the next round on offer.

Bring along your Latics season ticket and it's only £5 for adults and £3 for concessions. Otherwise it's £8 and £5. All children get into Seel Park for FREE.

Plenty of street parking available or there's a direct bus from Oldham town centre. We've a social club inside the ground, cracking pies and you can take a beer out onto the terraces.

You'll receive a very warm welcome too :)

The postcode for Seel Park is OL5 0ES.

Saved me a job there. Hopefully, they’ll have bought their tickets already. Not happy at a Saturday without a game tho. Not going to see us again till October 14th now. Grrrr.

Or, if we’re being even more pedantic,  rather than overlooking him, they might look at him, notice his hamstring and then look for someone else.

* now sitting here waiting for someone to comment that Michael O’Neill would need x-ray vision to see McLaughlin’s hamstring.

** and a further comment that an x-ray wouldn’t pick up his hamstring.

I’ll stop now.

We'd have a chance, O'Neill is a raving alcoholic by all accounts
