I was talking to some of my friends on Saturday about the ST prices. They weren't going to renew but said this offer has changed their minds. Two renewals from my household as well. A well pitched offer. Well done Latics

At the moment I feel really down about the whole situation. I'm really fed-up with seeing poor performances. Games at BP are not enjoyable anymore. I used to really look forward to match days but now it feels like a burden. I love this club but it feels as if the club doesn't love me. It's a 230 mile round trip to see a home game. I used to travel on a Tuesday for night games but have stopped doing that. I use the excuse that I wouldn't be back 'til after midnight and I have work the next day (but it's really the whole situation). The fans need hope and something to cheer about not jeer about. For the last 18 months or so that has been missing. I put myself down as undecided as the emotional pull for the club is still there deep down. It needs something to bring it to the surface. My football soul is hurting right now.

My best memory of Alan Groves was on Saturday 26 Feb 1977 v Liverpool away in the FA Cup 5th round. He carved through the Liverpool defence to leave defenders such as Emlyn Hughes and Phil Thompson on the floor. A true legend who if playing today would have been a superstar. My all time favourite Latics player (as you can see by my avatar).

I met Keith Alexander on several occasions when he was at Lincoln and also saw him play at Boston. He really was a top man. May he rest in peace. To any fools who express such ignorant views as stated here, you shame the whole of mankind.

I travel from Lincoln and it's a 230 mile round trip. I'm a season ticket holder and attend 90% of home games with many away. Mid-week matches are more difficult to get to for me.

My son & I both went. It was well worth the trip

We were so good last night that the only way they could stop us was to foul us. Fantastic performance. One of the most enjoyable matches at BP in recent times. How different did the team look to the one that played against Hartlepool?

I wasn't there today as I'm in Singapore. I listened on Latics Player and he didn't sound to be having a good game. He needs to be dropped. He did this too many times last season as well.

Ahh the old Match of the Day tune. The current one only started after the 1970 Mexico World Cup. I remember people complaining that the new one was rubbish. The new/current tune became iconic with hardly anyone remembering the old one.

It seems most people live somewhere else.
