There are 3 of us going down from Lincoln (closer than a home game). Without doubt we will be visiting this pub.

It means nothing apart from fitness and team spirit.

That's my choice as well. I've just worn that one during the lunchtime gym session.

I too was at the Norwich game but have a funny story about the return journey. Driving back from Norwich a car with 3 ladies in it was following me very closely. Every time I overtook something they followed me. When I got to the A17 roundabout at Sleaford to turn towards Lincoln, they again followed me. As I approached Lincoln and began to turn to my house they started flashing their lights for me to stop. After stopping and getting out of the car they asked "are you not going to Oldham"? Upon telling them I lived just outside Lincoln, they said that they didn't know the way back to Oldham and as they'd seen my Latics sticker in the car decided to follow me. I gave them directions on how to get to the A1 but as they had no road atlas I wonder if they ever got home?

I won tickets for hospitality at City v Wigan a couple of years ago through Etihad Airlines. It was a poor game and City won 1.0. However, the food and wine were fantastic and the seats outside the hospitality box were heated. Latics were away at Bournemouth that day and we got stuffed 3.0 I think.

In the future when old men in bars recount football stories, the number of people that will say "I was there at the most amazing comeback ever", would have had the crowd at 10,000 or more.

I think most are frustrated as we really have been unlucky with things this season. That said, a huge majority are behind LJ. I think he is doing a great job in turning around the culture within the club. He is the best chance we have of better times ahead.

As we have 2 season tickets, I ordered 4 Liverpool tickets over the phone today.

Five of us were going to go from Lincoln. However, with the Christmas post we couldn’t guarantee that tickets posted from Latics would arrive in time. No tickets available from Mansfield, so were watching it on TV. They have missed out on £100 from us. How can they run a club like this?

I went to see Brescia v Roma (Serie A) in 94. The fan violence at the game was the worst I'd ever seen. One Roma fan climed the fence, crossed the moat and tried to attack the Brescia cenre back. The centre back dropped him and kicked him when he was down. The ref did nothing apart from stop the game and let the police take the fan away.

Further down London Road, just across from the hump back bridge over the canal, opposite Meadow Lane, is the Globe. The last time I drove past it The Globe had closed

The League paper named Danny Philliskirk as the star man in the game against Swindon and then printed a picture of Danny Wellbeck as Philliskirk.

Last night was the first time this season that I didn't think we deserved something from a game. We more than matched them in the first half but once the first goal went in, it appeared to drain all self belief from the players.

I felt this way when Simon Stainrod left us for QPR. His replacement was none other than Roger Palmer. I'm not saying anyone coming in (if they do) will be in his class but players come and go. We are a stronger team than this time last year. We got Jose for nothing, he was instrumental in us staying up last season, with LJ I feel the seeds of hope for the club and we got a fee for Jose. I wish hime well (except when he plays against us), but I wish he had gone to a Championship club.
