Maybe if you took yourself to the cleaners then people wouldn't be able to tell you were a filthy smoker. I don't know whether you smokers have noticed, but you stink when you smoke, and people who have will power and a brain don't want to smell you. As the role is a customer facing role, and we had complaints from customers, it is absolutely legal to send someone home without pay - and terminate for repeated breaches. Just the same as if the employee smells for any other reason besides a medical condition. If that makes me Adolph in smokers' eyes, fine. In fact, I am doing the exact opposite, I am trying to make it so stupid smokers live longer! P.S. Agree with the comment about the cricket team, I am English remember. I have two international teams I go for - England and anyone vs Australia. It is pretty unlikely an Australian person would start supporting Oldham, don't you think?

What do you do when you go on a plane? Seriously, if you are so addicted to anything you can't go two hours without doing it, you are a moron. Even more of one if that addiction is going to kill you in a horribly painful way eventually in all probability. Smoking should be banned everywhere, there is no excuse for it these days. Addiction is easy to break if you want to enough. I told one of my employees that if he smoked during or just before office hours he would be fired. He called the fair work ombudsman who told him I was within my rights to do that. He has since quit smoking totally and his partner sent me a thank you card!

Analogy is deeply flawed . We are not asking what Tarky's wage was, we are asking how much a company sold an asset for. Do you think this doesn't get reported to shareholders and the market when Sainsburys sell an asset? It is my understanding that a fans group owns a minority shareholding in the company, hence this information must be made freely available to these shareholders. Whether these shareholders then pass on this information is a different story. The club need to lodge accounts though and these are available for a small fee to anyone. It is very relevant to people like me that the money I put into the club isn't being pissed away. You cannot expect fans to be happy "donating" money to the club because the club cries poor, but then remain silent when an asset is sold for a potentially small amount for no good reason. We are not a prem club. If the club wants my money in future, then these things need to be disclosed. I will be emailing the club about this too.

Getting so annoyed of these undisclosed fees. Makes me not want to give the club any more of my money.

Lol@evolution. That would only be true if tall people had more kids, and passed on "tall" genes to their offspring. Which over many thousands of years would lead to an evolutionary trait of taller human beings. Unfortunately (I can say this as a tall person), there is no evidence to suggest tall people have more children. Also, as humans are essentially monogamous, and the ratio of males to female is close to 1:1, even if women did prefer taller men, short-arses would still get their fair share. Due to the human race trying to eradicate survival of the fittest, evolution of humans will be even slower than other mammals. Which in itself is already a hugely slow process. Indeed, many commentators (not Gord, Roy and Mike) believe our intelligence will devolve. "Stupid" people that cannot (won't) get a job tend to have 6 kids+ and pass their "stupid" genes on to lots of kids. The intelligent community are nerdy scientists stuck in labs, never procreation. The intelligent genes largely die out. We Are Doomed!

4am in Aus when it finished. Awesome finish, awesome commentary. Took me a while to go to sleep afterwards. Roy apologised for swearing at one point. Such passion for this club on display in the commentary, who can blame him? I was shouting much worse, and waking up my family! Thanks Mike and Roy. I will remember this game for a long time!

I had the same issue many moons ago. I emailed Stuart Vose (yep, it was that long ago) and he fixed it for me. Not had a payment issue since. I suggest you contact the club, not the useless ***** that run the player service.

Pretty poor comment from the guilty party in my view, saying he hadn't done it again since the last time. You are either the type of person who would do it or you're not. These types of #### should never be allowed to do anything but manual labour again. If it is Barry who got him a harsher sentence, I want to buy Barry a beer. He is lucky he is not from Australia. One person doing a similar thing at my wife's work got 18 months.

For the record, I enjoy all 3 regular commentators for different reasons. To have a go at a bloke filing in as a favour is just pathetic. Plus, I think he did a good job and I still enjoyed it.
