  1. Hmmm, think I might have to start watching it again.
  2. Wtf? Gail murdered someone?! It just gets crazier and crazier that show.
  3. Looks like Khan's gonna be back in the ring by the end of July against Michael Katsidis. If that fight comes off then Khan has balls. To take on such a dangerous pressure fighter who will bum rush Khan, in just 10 weeks after going 11 round with Paulie Malignaggi. Props to Khan.
  4. Yeah, at age 21 Neal's best days are truly behind him. It's all downhill from here.
  5. Bunn will get it I reckon. In fact, I'm gonna whack a 50 on it.
  6. I had a dream that we re-signed Scott Vernon last night, true story.
  7. Of course I'd be happy with a playoff finish next season. But we're Oldham who don't spend £3million on transfer fees and don't have a massive wage budget. I dunno if you watched them over the two legs but Huddersfield were pityful, it's not even like they were competitive and narrowly lost, they were dire. Millwall and Swindon, whilst they have spent money it's nowhere near the amount that Huddersfield have spent and both have made it to the final and both finished higher in the league. You can only account Huddersfield's failure down to the manager. If Kenny Jackett and Danny Wilson can get their teams on a lesser budget to the final then Huddersfield have no excuse. It's either bad buying from Lee Clark or bad management of a good team, either way to use him as an example of what we could achieve with a fresh new manager, doesn't make much sense, because the cirumstances are entirely different and what Lee Clark has achieved at Huddersfield isn't that impressive given the money they spent.
  8. Lee Clark's turd. They spent like 3 million at the start of the season on the likes of Jordan Rhodes, Lee Novak, Robbie Simpson, Theo Robinson, Anthony Pilkington, Lee Peltier, Lionel Ainsworth. Signed Anthony Kay and Peter Clarke two of the best players in their respective positions in the division who'll be on a wedge. Marquee loan signings like Kristian Pearce, Neal Trotman, Daniel Drinkwater and then that Eccleston lad from Liverpool. And for all that they get dicked by Millwall who's squad is probably worth a 4th of Huddersfields. Dave Penney could have got that team to the playoffs. The fact that they finished 6th is down to the fact Southampton were docked points. Huddersfield were the team who by all rights finished 7th in the league based off points gained. Given that with all the money Clark spent he had to rely on another team being docked points to make the playoffs shows how bad a manager Lee Clark is. He should have finished 3rd with that team if not autos. Do you think he'd be able to do it on a budget if he can't do it with a loaded chairman?
  9. Pie and Programme, but not for every matchas I'm very picky of which matches I buy a programme for. But I buy a pie every match.
  10. I'm glad about this. Guy did alright, whilst knowing full well he was playing for a contract. Even then he wasn't spectacular. I'd rather have a goal scorer. Tresor Kandol.
  11. We probably couldn't get them the necessary work permits. I've tried, it's murder on Football Manager.
  12. To be fair it wasn't that great a find, he was top scorer in the conference with Stevenage, he was on quite a few team's radar (kind of like Stuart Fleetwood t'other season). Millwall paid like £130,000 for him plus incentives. Still, he's proven to be a good buy.
  13. l'll be happier once Jim Gannon has taken charge and starts making his signings.
  14. Shocking. So many greats have been overlooked for this World Cup: Francesco Totti Ronaldinho Adriano Karim Benzema Esteban Cambiasso Patrick Vieira Ruud Van Nistelrooy Dean Furman
  15. Millwall 1-0 up. Jim Goodwin on the bench for Udders. Which is quite surprising, he was clearly out of favour there, hasn't played much here at all lately then walks back into their first team squad for a playoff match.
  16. They were suppose to release SWOS (the same version that got released on XBOX Live Arcade) on Games for Windows but it got cancelled. SWOS really hasn't aged well though.
  17. It's "cool" to hate England these days. I always root for my country but my club comes first.
  18. http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/page/NewsU...2054451,00.html "Managers who have a wealth of experience" - Gannon, Simpson "Coaches who are looking to step up to be a No 1" - Bunn, Gray "Players looking to move into management" - Butt, Crossley
  19. Natural disasters are cool. There should be more of them. Like 3 massive asteroids hit the earth. One in the pacific ocean and two hitting seperate super volcanoes. It'd be awesome.
  20. You can't copy and paste without a third party app. You cannot multi-task, at least not on current iPhones from out of the box. For example, if I wanna listen to music, while composing an email then half way through, open the web browser, check the BBC headlines, then quickly switch to my Blackberry Messenger send a message to a contact, then open up a game of poker, switch back to my music to change song, then swtich back to poker to realise the game has just folded me poker Kings 'cause I didn't respond in time, then switch back to blackberry messenger, reply to my conversation then go back to my original email and finish it as I left off completely in tact, the check Facebook whilst all that other stuff is running in the background, I can. Multi-tasking is advantage of having a smartphone. Apple have only just announced an OS upgrade that will allow it. In fact, it's all listed here: http://blog.glcomputing.com.au/2010/02/why...iphone-for.html
  21. If you want a gimmick, get the iPhone. If you want a true smart phone get the Blackberry Bold 9700.
