TBH the solution is putting the ball in the net...DP can't just bring a player in on loan, he doesnt score in first game so send him back and get someone else in on a weekly basis. My only way of describing his selections of transfers etc is he has a long term plan and is building from the back to the forwards. IIF he survives til summer/start of next season, that would be the time to actually start getting forwards into the team/swuad. If he still doesn't, then its bye bye Penney I think.

Too many utility players, not enough definate position players. I don't think he realises who can/should play where. Has anyone looked through last nights programme of the teams for each game we've played?! No mention of which is which position!! Unless with the constant change of personel the editor hasn't got a clue either. To me the only definate players commanding a position are: GK Brill (who else? 'cause there's no noise of recalling Fleming) CB Greegs an Rubes LB Jacobson now he's fit CM Stephens CF Abbott Anyone/where else and it looks like he puts the names in a hat and draws them out like a raffle.
