    It cost £20 to watch last night's game and nothing for tonight's but guess which I think was better value for money?

    Yet despite all the good things being said on here,there were a group of pillocks at the game slagging Tarky off (very loudly and swearily) just because they didn't think he got back in defence fast enough after his excellent forward forays.

    Best of luck on that one! I went into the shop at the Macc pre-season game asking for the same size,They only had XXXXXL and the shop manager took my name and telephone number with the promise to call me IF they got any more in those sizes, but that she was only allowed to order 6 larger sizes at a time.Given that I have a season ticket voucher I suspect that there isn't the same urgency for a £20 sale!

    Returning to the title of the thread,Why would the manager get involved with light emitting diodes???

    We were told on Saturday that they hadn't got round to applying the logos on the back of all the new shirts,but if you call in the shop later they would apply it for you then!

    First of all,I liked Lee,He was a good servant to the club but better than Ian Wood? Nooooh! Secondly whilst Irwin was a LB at Utd, he was RB during his Latics career.

    The lack of height was evident on Monday when we won a corner and only Tarky,Grounds ,Cliff and Charley Mac were in the box!

    To be fair Trevor Kettles woeful "look at me " performance impacted on both teams on the day,and as I say in my earlier post it didn't just affect Latics.It was a terrible performance and as paying customers we should expect a whole lot better.
