    He was unplayable at times in the first half of the season but his confidence seemed to drop after we turned down an offer for him on deadline day. I guess the medical staff will know more about his knees than us and that in the end will be the key factor.

    Definitely getting over to Barca next season. Family has an apartment about 40km outside and I visited camp nou regularly as a kid but not been for a fair few years. It will be a joy to watch Leo Messi in the flesh.

    David Worrall scored the only goal of the game for Southend in their 1-0 win at Bury last night. Dedicated his goal to his young son who recently passed away which I was previously unaware of. Sad news that, condolences to the Worrall family.

    Got to within 10 miles of the ground and didn't :censored:in make the game. Was into the second half by the time we got moving again so we turned round at the services. Didn't miss much by the sounds of it.
