    He used the same 100 page dossier that he used to get the Oldham job. Exact same plan he used 2 years ago. Just changed a few names. He's probably running off another copy ready for his next move on in 2 years. (Irrespective of a 3 year contract).

    Think his plan (and he did have long term plans) was to get into management, then move on after a couple of years. Don't believe he ever had any plans to stay with Latics. Just wanted a club to start his managerial career.
