You have to feel sorry for Lumkvist (I can't be arsed checking the spelling...) as he was immense in that game. Some of the saves he made were out of this world... to miss the playoffs on a shootout is harsh no matter what, but after the performance he put in that was just cruel. As for the Devs, happy we took 2nd seed, did you see the shenanigans at the end when they were trying to pull the 'keeper and he didn't know? He then finally goes only to clatter into the ref and crash face-first into the wall. That said, we've not had a good season against the Flyers (1-5) and they've clearly got some firepower so we'll have to be at our very best. Firstly, I might as well choose someone who could go all the way, to keep it interesting. Obviously i'm going to stay west as the east is for Pussies. Cant stand the Sharks (and they will prob bottle it anyway) and the Wings... well the wings are the wings. I cant support a canadian team so that rules out the 'nucks... and the Pred's and the Avs are cannon fodder. And the 'Hawks are playing the Kings. And the fact that the Kings are in the PO's and the Ducks aren't is probably as annoying as the potential for Rochdale to be in the league above us next season. Go 'Hawks! That way if we lose our teams we'll still care who wins... I'll randomise the teams and list them in the Admin forum, you pick two numbers from the east and two from the west and get those teams. You all get picks and I'll take what's left? I'm a little confused. Are we just picking two numbers between 1 & 8? If so, I pick 1 & 6. However if i get the Kings, I still wont care if they win. We need a forfeit/prize too. I'll take what's left as obviously I know what's-what. We can then come up with a prize/forfeit as we go.
