oafcprozac
happy with that point. sets us up for a nice win vs leyton orient. radio said hazell and m'voto were solid Would have took a point before the game, Stephens giving the ball away constantly remains a worry and Rubes is banned on Saturday. Very pleased with a clean sheet...

BlueJazzer
Although no shots on target is a bit poo..... still its a good point away from home. Would rather have been beating Udders 3 nil tho......

slurms mckenzie
We always seem to have a knack of ending other team's losing runs; in this case it was 4 defeats on the bounce. Still, not a bad point, as long as we win at home on Saturday.

Would rather have been beating Udders 3 nil tho...... Although no shots on target is a bit poo..................The stats say that but I'm a little puzzled......... Richie Jones directed a header straight at the keeper in the first 30 seconds which must surely have been on target........unless the goalkeeper was positioned to one side of the goals!!!! Not convinced the BBC shots stats were accurate. They showed 2-0 (shots on target) to Wednesday for most of the game but had an all grey bar impying it was 0-0. Taylor had a shot blocked too according to their commentary.

jsslatic
M'voto absolutely outstanding. Taylor good too. Good team performance but just wish Dickov had shaken it up a little bit earlier, they were there for the taking. A very entertaining 0-0. b0ndl1ne
Enjoyable game, Sheff Weds won't go up, we're not far off being right up there. For what it's worth: Brill - safe hands, kicking still a bit iffy. Lee - Defended well, bombed on well in first half, tried to do the same 2nd half but didn't get as much of the ball in the final third mainly down to Jones. Mvoto - Immense, shame about the passing....if he had jarrett's passing game he'd be a championship player. Hazell - Solid, good in the air, bit annoyed how he always put it out for a throw rather than clear down the line but safety first and all that. Black - Good last ditch tackles when tracking back but got a bit of a run around tonight, crossing was poor and chose to Ignore Alessandra all 2nd half..god knows why. Jones - must be fed up having dead balls hit at him all the time, tracked back well and bombed forward quite a lot, just annoyed he kept ignoring Lee by cutting inside. Stephens - Quite sloppy I thought, outshone by Furman. Furman - Strong in tackle as always, broke forward well in 2nd half, just wish he'd pass the ball quicker, seems to slow down when he gets the ball. Alessandra - Looked dangerous first half but didnt get enough of the ball, especially 2nd half, when he did he beat his man or two with ease. Taylor - first time I've seen him this season, fully committed, unlucky with his shot 2nd half, put himself about and harried the centre halfs when they tried to carry the ball out. Better in 2nd half when we counter attacked, don't know what all the fuss was about. Tounkare - got no change in the air off their big centre halfs but didnt work the channels enough for me, seemed to tire and stopped contesting in the air 2nd half. Brook - tried but looked off the pace, probably do better in home games until fitness is back. I'd have liked to see kelly come on and from seeing Christophe warming up on the touchline he looks very quick...whether that translates to actually playing we will have to see.
