Crusoe
My spreadsheet fu is strong. We'll pass an average age of 21 when Mellor and Millar celebrate their birthdays in a few days. Just for you Hallam, I'll try to stick ages in the list in future.
Crusoe
Yeah, it's no bother though. I used to do a little club information for football management games so got into the bad habit of keeping track of stuff like that. Sad I know.
leeslover
Looking at that Latics squad list makes me feel so old If Gerrard doesn't register it's the first Latics squad that...

rudemedic
If Gerrard doesn't register it's the first Latics squad that... I doubt he is registering, so no doubt that makes you older that anyone in the team- the same applies to me at the moment. Eeek. I'm a bit young still for that. leeslover
I'm 28 and I'm older than them all.. gutted :censored:! I'm 37 and only facing up to it now! I was grateful to Temple for his service and then Gerrard stepped in, but at your age I would still have had Lids, Hughes, Gregan, Charlton and others to rely on in recent years
Crusoe
37 here too. That squad makes me feel old.

slystallone
35 and not only Latics squad making me feel old but the Olympic footie squad - 31 here. Sh1t - older than anyone in the squad so far also - first time that's happened I think? Here's hoping we do sign Matt Oakley so I can feel slightly less past it again!!!! singe
I'm 45, and now nearer 50 than 40. My sons teacher at primary school is in her 2nd year of teaching and probably 23 or so. I am old enough to be her Dad. I am old enough to have fathered a whole football team, had I been inclined. I feel ancient. Bristolatic
Christ on a bicycle, most of you lot are young enough to be my children and some even my grandchildren. Now THAT'S old.
Twisbrogan
when are u too old to have a name on the back of your shirt?....................... Realistically, anyone over the age of 16 (with any dignity) shouldn't have their name on a shirt unless you're actually playing a game for the first team. If, however, you reach an age where you no longer care for your own dignity and are amazed when you leave the house with matching shoes never mind socks then it's generally considered as 'about normal' Edited July 3, 2012 by Twisbrogan
