oafcmetty
Supposed to be going to Palace after his loan here finishes
dec666
Crazy really, why have we agreed to extend his loan spell for two weeks just so he can play in the Liverpool game, only for him to disappear after it? Might as well have just found a new replacement, or thrown Connor Brown in, straight away!
opinions4u
Dickov thinks he's better than Brown and wants better players against Liverpool. Agree with your sentiment, but I also agree with the manager's thinking.

razza699
ah just seen it on twitter Richard Cawley @RichCawleySLP We had a new transfer line in Tuesday's paper. That #cpfc have an interest in Man City RB Reece Wabara. Impressed on loan at Oldham.
JoshOWTB
He was meant to be going to all sorts of places before he re-joined us on loan. It's all hearsay and speculation at this point. Hope he stays for the rest of the season.

welshgaz
From what I've seen yes. Probably even better at cb:) seriously though, I would be just as happy with brown in there. Looks a better defender IMO and that's his main job.
LaticsLegend
No chance at all that Brown is as good as/better better then Wabara. Must have been watching different games to some of you lot.
palmer1
give Brown 5 to 10 games at full back an he will be found out and the fans will hammer him for it

There is a chance though. Ultimately he's our player, Warbara isn't and never will be.
leeslover
It makes it less likely that we will face Liverpool with Mellor or Winchester playing fullback, which on balance is a good thing.
LaticsLegend
Not saying he hasn't got the potential to be a top full back, but at the moment I think Wabara is streets ahead.
slystallone
I too think Connor Brown has shown flashes of real potential, but they've been interspersed with moments where he's looked every inch the young, raw & inexperienced player he is. Out of the 2 of them, Wabara for me is the better player. It's not by much though; as I've not been overly impressed by Reece. But - like O4U, I can see what Dickov has agreed to here for the Liverpool. He clearly thinks Wabara is the better of the 2 of them; and whilst it's not by much, I'd tend to agree with him. lancy lad
Not really bothered. Brown is as good. I agree gaz, Brown is as good IMO. Wabara is ok but nowt spesh.
NewBlue
Brown is just as good as Wabara and we have him on a contract. Wabara is a liability I think; too many goals have come from the wings when Wabara has been nowhere to be seen and from what I've seen Brown is more disciplined in his positioning and knows his ability. ritchie82
Wabara parked in the disabled bay at KFC on Tuesday, for that alone bin him.

LaticsLegend
I've seen Brown back out of challenges and scared to go up for headers on occasion, don't know about you lot but that doesn't impress me. His positional play isn't great but other than that I do like him as a player and think he'll improve to be a decent player.
kings
It's all about personal opinion really. Wabara is an England youth international and cost in region of £1-1.5m from his previous club and has been coached by probably some of best staff in today's football and if course Dickov thinks he is better than brown. He has one edge at moment for me which is true athleticism (pace and power) and that will take him to much higher level. However if you evaluate rest of his game I personally don't think he is better 'defender'. He is all right foot, brown can play with either. Brown hardly let's any crosses get in from his side and has never been run ragged from a left winger, wabara definately gets caught out more but obviously he has played more matches so will be interesting to see how brown settles in with a run. I hope they both do well with their future they are sure good enough for league one.
GlossopLatic
Warbara is a far better all round player and will go further in the game.
