oafcprozac
So far…..currently 3-1 up v Trannies at Chapel Road apparently. Not a bad return to the club - 4 in 2 games, one or two of our 'attackers' looking over their shoulders for Saturday?
adamoafc
Should be given a go on Saturday! Goals are goals! Could have found a gem!

Simpo
You saying you not a fan of Rooney or MacDonald? Baxter wasn't great on Saturday. Even if he was carrying a knock, nobody's undroppable.
oafcprozac
You saying you not a fan of Rooney or MacDonald? Nope, I'm saying there's competition for places and all our attacking players need to up their game.

singe
Maybe the CB was this guy? And called Mathiew (pronounced Matt-ewe) in French http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathieu_Baudry
al_bro
Maybe the CB was this guy? And called Mathiew (pronounced Matt-ewe) in French http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathieu_Baudry Don't think so. He played for Orient on Saturday at Stevenage. Philliskirk could have earned himself a place on the bench on Saturday.
BP1960
My take on the individuals; Rachubka, not commanding enough for my liking, on his line throughout the game. Belezika, fast and strong at right back, had a real pile driver with his left foot brilliantly saved by the Tranmere keeper. Truelove, Excellent display at left back until injured, defended well and went forward with conviction. (walked away on crutches). Trialist centre back, got better as the game progressed. 'Matteo', trialist centre back, tall, strong, covered well, smart distribution, hardly put a foot wrong, class player. Sidney, beat the same man several times, but not much end product. Latvian Eddie, passed the to the nearest man ok, but looked a fish out of water in midfield. Gossett, busy. Rodgers, neat, but no creativity. Millar, chased everything, not much luck with some good strikes. Young Philliskirk, only seemed to come alive around the penalty area, but he sure knows where the goal is. MaskedOwl
Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the problem with our goal scoring (and has been for a while) is the service to our strikers? Good for back up tho.
lookersstandandy
Names of both trialists have appeared on twitter. Do the club wish us not to openly name them on here to avoid getting in the hands of others?

BP1960
Putting 2+2 together and probably making 5,but could 'Matteo' be?...spitting image of him. It's remotely possible I suppose LJ spotted him in the recent U21 Championships and worked a deal. http://en.wikipedia....tteo_Bianchetti Matteo Bianchetti Edited August 20, 2013 by BP1960

BP1960
Really? the goals I saw him take very well were part of a move and passes!! True Lags, but no messing with the finishing, many other strikers would have dawdled in those positions.

lookersstandandy
I know who both the triallists are, am I allowed to say? I've just posed the teamsheet on the Rachubka thread.... however it looks like the trialist names are fake. If you know for certain.... I think I'd hold off for now...!?!?
