welshgaz
Joins MK Dons on loan would have been a great signing for is. Yeah probably... Although he still wouldn't of been the goalscorer we crave.
ShireBlue
I didn't rate him as much as some. I'll leave it there..
Gaz_Oafc
I didn't rate him as much as some. I'll leave it there.. +1 The odd worldy every now and again but spent most of the time on his arse sulking.
IceStationLatic
Imagine MK Dons will have paid a chunky fee to get the loan.
Ryan
Disagree. Never rated him, and we got a great fee for him. Not what we need.
yarddogs
So good Rotherham don't want him.
oafc_lover
He's bang average. Would have been a waste of a loan. We need Matt Derbyshire.
opinions4u
The one in ten striker we've been crying out for?
manshaw
I always thought he would have not got on with Evans.....but then again Robinson is another prat. Those 2 are the wrong type of man management to continue his development. Johnson looked after him, and got a nice fee as a reward.
ChaddySmoker
Even though a lot of people dont seem to rate him that much, he would have gone straight into our team today! We are down to the bare bones now
ghostofcecere
I quite liked him personally though I agree he spent too much time on his arse. The wages he'll now be means we'd never see him back in loan.
the_mighty_bosh
He's shown ability that would make him at least a Championship level striker, but hasn't shown it anywhere near consistently enough yet. He desperately needs the right manager to help him develop.

josh_latics
No wonder he has a bit of an attitude problem, by the age of 20 he's played under Ferguson, Evans and Robinson...
GlossopLatic
No wonder he has a bit of an attitude problem, by the age of 20 he's played under Ferguson, Evans and Robinson... Which makes you wonder this is a player that has already been round the houses a little too much sometimes you are better off staying in 1 place for a few years before moving on. He's another example of player who left here to go and sit in someone's reserves.

GlossopLatic
I'm sure Corney didn't take much persuading to do the deal... I'm sure he didn't it looks like another good piece of business as another player leaves here for a fee not to do better. Players like Trotman, Spencer, Philliskirk, Eaves players who leave here too early and as a result drift. All those players arguably with the benefit of hindsight should have not moved on and stayed here and been exposed to 1st team football. Players like Stephens, Eardley, Lee, and Taylor stayed here a couple of years developed by playing competitive 1st team football and moved on at the right time and established themselves at the level above. Clarke Harris would have benefited as a player playing here playing regularly for another season may be 2 and then stepping up.
RobOAFC
Think last season was a struggle for him playing as a lone striker in the 4-1-4-1 formation (and first full season). Looked better with someone else upfront with him & agree with Glossop that he should of stayed at least another season playing first team.
